If you want to market like everyone else out there,

you certainly don’t need my help.

Blah. Blah. Blah. That’s what most marketing boils down to, in my opinion. Boastful claims, blatant sales pitches or downright boring diatribes.

People don’t care about you, your products or services. They care about themselves, and when you connect what you do or have to what they care about, they pay attention. They might even buy from you or hire you.

You don’t need a magic wand. You might, however, want and need some time to focus, create a competitive edge, craft your marketing message, decide on the right action plan.

I don’t care what your politics are. I only work with people and organizations that truly want to stand out and be different; hence the word “Maverick.” You see, it's one thing to say you want to stand out, and it's another thing to let go of a few bullet points and be brave. If you're willing to resist the usual, expected and ordinary, be remembered, get better results and be more effective, then perhaps we should discuss getting together in some form or fashion.

Surf around yourself. There’s more than one right answer.
